VERDICT
Based on our experience with the company’s writers and customer service, we wouldn’t rate this service as a good content provider. Their prices are extremely low and the services list is solid, but a company that hires bad writers is never a good candidate to write your academic papers.
Intro
The feedback found on the official website of Paper Help Writing is all positive, which is not the case with the customers’ testimonials outside this site. This is not strange at all, since most companies publish only the good feedback or write one they want to present to trick customers into choosing them for the papers. Knowing this, does it mean that paperhelpwriting.com is a bad writing service, or they only added this in their marketing strategy to attract more customers?
Pricing and Discounts
Except for the starting prices for all academic levels, there is no other information regarding the pricing on the website. If you want to check the price for your specific order, you’d need to check the ordering form again.
When you do, you will learn that this company is actually as cheap as they say they are, with a starting rate of only $10 for high school students, and $29 per page for PhD students. Such prices are not only affordable, but actually some of the cheapest found on the writing market.
While this is great news for all students who want to get their papers cheap, such prices are concerning for us as reviewing experts. When a price is unrealistically cheap, it cannot possibly be sufficient to pay an expert writer.
In addition, this company offers no discount, special offers, or loyalty programs whatsoever.
Paper Quality
We got a research paper from the company within the deadline and for a great price. However, the quality was very disappointing, which is what we feared when we found out about this company’s pricelist. Even without any discounts, the price was still incredibly cheap, which was obviously a sign that the writers here are not as great as you may think.
The writer who worked on our paper did a terrible job with the research. A research paper of 15 pages contained only 8 sources, and did not look like a research paper at all. In addition, paperhelpwriting.com gives customers the opportunity to choose from several referencing choices, but the writer failed to follow our requirements.
When we got in touch with the customer service to discuss the low quality of our paper, we got a rather unprofessional response. The agent immediately rejected our refund request, and did not even offer a free revision.

For those who seek a company that can help them with a variety of papers throughout their entire education, this is bad news.
A great company is a company that offers all the papers you may be assigned while in school. But, even though this list is far from being extensive, it is somewhat solid considering that it consists of all commonly assigned papers.

Extremely disappointed with the refund policy for this company. The person they assigned to write my paper, “a top 10% person” I paid extra for, couldn’t follow directions and in the end didn’t even finish writing the paper. I filed a complaint and had to fight just for a 5% refund. So not only was my paper late, I had to finish writing it myself, and only got $15 of the $300 I spent refunded to me. I will never use this company again.

I entered in an agreement with PaperHelpWriting on 10 July to provide writing service for a four-page disposition paper. The final deadline for PaperHelpWriting to complete the disposition paper was 2020-07-17 at 12:23 am that included a two-day extension. PaperHelpWriting has failed to satisfy the agreement or provide a refund of $130.83 for failing to follow the instructions documented in the order request. I have received several correspondences from PaperHelpWriting stating that they would like to have an opportunity to resolve this matter but has not made any attempts to correct my dissatisfaction. Email exchanges between myself and the PaperHelpWriting Support Team was a waste of time. I highly recommend that you do not use this service.
