VERDICT

Despite claims of being in the market for 10 years and having 55 thousand of loyal customers, Payforessay delivered a pretty generic paper with poor analysis. We cannot recommend it to anyone who wishes to get a good quality academic paper.

Short Intro

The first impression of Payforessay.net was positive. For example, the website is well-designed, meaning that the company invests properly in the user experience of their customers. Finding out the price for an essay is fairly easy with a special form, so the ordering process is quick. However, we were more interested in Guarantees section on the website, where we found out the promises that Pay for Essay made to their customers.

Kimberly:

The writer was late with my paper and gave me a lot of anxiety. I don’t think I’ll trust them again if I have to use an essay writing service.

For example, the company promises that every paper will be written by a native English speaker with relevant background knowledge in a required subject field. Moreover, Payforessay.net claims that they miss only 3 percent of deadlines because their writers are professional.

As our experience shows, these are quite interesting statements that a lot of companies fail to deliver and use only to entice visitors to buy papers from them. Read the next sections to find out if Payforessay can really deliver what they promise.

Pricing and Discounts

Finding out the prices for orders is easy; just visit the Prices section where you’ll see a table describing how much you’ll have to pay for a specific urgency and level of writing. After analyzing the content of the table, we found the prices to be a bit lower than the industry average, which was a bit surprising to us considering that the company claims to employ super professional writers that rarely miss deadlines. Since most of the essay writing companies that delivered good quality papers to us charge at least industry average for their work, we often perceive low prices as a red flag for low quality. Hopefully, we’re wrong on this one.

Well, here’s what you need to know about the prices. One page of high school level writing delivered within 7 days will cost you $17.05; the price goes up to $22.29 if the deadline is reduced to 48 hours. If you’re a college student, this level of writing is a bit more expensive; for example, one page delivered within 7 days costs $19.01; getting one in 48 hours will cost $24.26. The most expensive services on Payforessay.net are provided by PhD writers; for example, one page delivered within 7 days costs $27.70 but it goes up to $32.94 if you need it to be done within 48 hours.

We decided to order a 3-page paper of undergraduate level writing delivered within 48 hours; it cost us $107.55 (this leaves the price for one page at $26.55). To our surprise, we discovered that Payforessay also wanted us to pay for SMS updates because this function was selected in the ordering form; it’s easy for a student in a hurry to miss this, so we didn’t appreciate that the company pushed often unnecessary additional services.

Paper Quality

According to our instructions, the writer had to analyze the impact of Europeans on native Americans and their lifestyles and decide whether it was positive or negative. When we received the paper – which was delivered according to our deadline – we sat down with our team and thoroughly analyzed it (after all, we really wanted to check out whether the company stays true to its claims about professionalism).

It was evident that the paper was written by someone who doesn’t have a degree in History from the very first page. First, the thesis statement was vague and didn’t have a distinct argument (the writer simply reiterated the fact that the arrival of European colonists has changed the lifestyle of the natives). We expected the writer to take a certain position and support it, but all he or she (we just had the id of that writer) did was claiming that the impact was significant. As a result, the writer never really arrived at a sound conclusion.

Writing Services Offered

Payforessay.net provides most of the widely used academic works, including essays, research papers, movie and book reviews, dissertations, term papers, and others.
